The Sweater Book is a book being released nationwide in book stores on October 13, 2003. It is the first of several coffee table/gift books I am doing as benefits for various charitable organizations. The Sweater Book is a study in personality based on the photographing of people, both famous and humble, in the setting of their choice, in the manner of their choice, creating a portrait that reflects their personality; only one thing: everyone in the book wears the same garment (or at least has it featured in their picture). This project will benefit AIDS charities and can be read about here and can be ordered, online, here.

The book features nearly six hundred photos from the sweater collection, including shots of Carol Burnett, Josh Hartnett, Kirsten Dunst, Christopher Meloni, Glenn Close, Noah Wyle, Sarah Michelle Gellar and happy couple Mathew Broderick and Sarah Jessica Parker. Prints from the Sweater Collection are available for purchase, benefitting AIDS charities. For a complete list of participants please email Sweateraid@aol.com

Charities to recieve funds from future projects include organizations for women's cancer research, spinal chord paralysis research, domestic violence prevention, stronger hate crime laws, suicide prevention, free surgeries for children born with cranio-facial deformities and The Actor's Fund of America.
